Parallax ORP, LLC ("Parallax ORP," "we," "us") operates the Parallax ORP website and operational readiness platform for fire and EMS agencies. This policy describes how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website or submit information through our lead-capture forms.

When you use the Request Info form on our website, we may collect:

• Name and work email address
• Organization or agency name
• Agency type, personnel count, and role
• Inquiry type (demo, pricing, or general) and optional notes
• Standard web analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) when analytics are enabled

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the public website form. Operational data processed within the Parallax ORP platform for agency customers is governed by separate agreements.

How we use information

We use information submitted through our website to:

• Respond to demo, pricing, and general inquiries
• Follow up with you at the email address you provide
• Improve our website and understand how visitors engage with our content
• Maintain records of business communications as required for sales and support operations

Third-party processors

We use trusted service providers to operate our website and communications, including:

• Google Firebase (hosting, database, and serverless functions) — United States
• Resend (transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications)
• Web analytics providers, when enabled, to measure site usage in aggregate

Retention

Website inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of inquiry data by contacting us at the address below.

Your choices and data requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold from a website inquiry by emailing hello@parallaxorp.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
